This is a real career. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

At Pu’u Muay Thai, careers go far beyond leading as an instructor. We don’t believe in cookie-cutter careers. We believe in building people up—with purpose, discipline, and real support.

FAQs
Unlock Your Career Success: Answers to Your Top Questions
Do you have open positions right now?
We’re always looking for the right people—but we don’t always have open roles available. When you apply, we’ll review your info and set up an initial conversation if your application aligns with what we’re looking for. Even if we’re not actively hiring, we’re always scouting for future team members.
Will I definitely get an interview if I apply?
Not necessarily. While we review every application seriously, applying doesn’t guarantee an interview or a position. We’re looking for people who align with our mission, culture, and long-term vision for Muay Thai in the U.S.
What happens after I apply?
If your application looks like a potential fit, our team will reach out to schedule an intro call or interview. If we’re not currently hiring for your role, we may keep your application on file and reach out when a new opportunity opens up.
What kind of people are you looking for?
We look for passionate, purpose-driven people who believe in the mission of Pu’u Muay Thai. You don’t have to be a fighter—but you do need to bring the same work ethic, consistency, and leadership mindset that we teach on the mats.
Do I need to have Muay Thai experience to apply?
Nope. Some of our best team members started with zero Muay Thai experience. What matters more is your attitude, professionalism, and commitment to personal growth. We’ll teach you the rest.
Are there opportunities for advancement?
Absolutely. Just like our students progress through levels, our team does too. Many of our current leaders started as front desk staff, interns, or assistants—and grew into leadership roles through hard work and consistency.
